Overview
Sustainability Defined is the podcast that defines sustainability, one concept (and one bad joke) at a time. We break down each concept with diligent research and the help of an experienced pro to help our listeners define what exactly sustainability is, episode by episode.
About
We started the Sustainability Defined podcast out of our shared passions for the environment, good conversation, and – of course – bad jokes. Since meeting at a DC happy hour in Spring 2016, the operation has grown from a spreadsheet of personal sustainability contacts to an award-winning podcast that's downloaded in over 100 countries, included in course curriculum in universities across the US, and regularly listed as one of GreenBiz’s top sustainability podcasts.

Words from our Previous Sponsored Content Partners
”Jay, Scott + team’s passion for covering sustainability is contagious. We worked with their team on a podcast for Bulleit Whiskey, to highlight the brand’s commitments to building a more sustainable tomorrow via a new partnership with American Forests and the building of a new, state-of-the-art visitor experience in Kentucky. Jay and Scott were incredibly easy to work with, provided in-depth research on the category as a whole, and were keen on crafting a really strong episode. Would highly recommend working with the Sustainability Defined team on an integration.”

“We love the work Sustainability Defined is doing to make so many of today’s important conversations accessible and engaging. Scott and Jay are professional and a good deal of fun to work with. They bring their ideas, skill and enthusiasm to swiftly move from interesting idea to published podcast. And they bring integrity, thoroughly researching the topic at a hand to lay the ground work and bring informed, pressing questions to the conversation. They took the lead to make everything come together and ensured we all had a great time in the process. We look forward to working with them again!”
